Strengthening International Collaboration | Meishan Delegation Visit

It was a pleasure to welcome a high-level delegation from the Meishan Municipal People’s Government (Sichuan Province, China) this week for a productive and forward-looking meeting with our Chair and CEO.

Led by Mr. Huang He, Meishan’s top official, the delegation included senior leaders:

• Mr. Han Jie – Director, Development and Reform Commission

• Mr. Che Zhiyong – Director, Bureau of Economy and Information Technology

• Mr. Ming Yu – Head of Renshou County

• Mr. Qiu Lei – Administrator, Qingshen County

• Mr. Wang Chenxi – Director, Foreign Affairs Office

The visit provided an excellent opportunity to deepen relationships and explore shared priorities across key sectors. The discussions focused on agritech, the circular economy, and food innovation—areas where both regions have unique strengths and a shared ambition to drive sustainable, future-focused development.

We look forward to continuing the dialogue and identifying practical avenues for collaboration, including exchange opportunities, joint innovation initiatives, and shared learning between our regions.
