Local Food Innovator: Moobi Valley

A seasoned meat expert with a love for premium dry-aged Wagyu beef, Scott Wilson and his partner Dominique Smith have used their passion to create a one-stop butchery and burger shop.


The only one of its kind on the Central Coast, this two-in-one shop features a menu of handcrafted burgers, with everything from the patties to the condiments being made fresh in-house.


We caught up with Dominique to hear how they’re revolutionising the luxury meat market here on the Central Coast.
