MERRY CHRISTMAS

xmas_tree2011 has been a hugely successful year for Regional Development Australia Central Coast with a number of significant achievements.
We recognise that these accomplishments could not have been achieved without the assistance and support that we have received.
We would like to thank all of the supportive Central Coast organisations, individuals and government bodies who have helped us achieve what we have this past year.
As the year comes to a close, we would like to wish everyone a wonderful and safe Christmas and New Year.
We look forward to working with you in 2012.

RDACC WELCOMES NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Welcome to our new CEO, Andrew Roach, who has settled into the role after taking over from Anthony Dow at the end of November. AR
Andrew’s appointment came at a very busy time for the Central Coast, with developments including The Landing at Gosford and Warnervale, the implementation of the invest Central Coast information portal, the roll out of the NBN and a variety of ecological and social issues on the agenda.
Andrew brings considerable skill to the role with a background in urban planning and strategy, formal qualifications in Environmental Science and Urban and Regional Planning and having most recently worked as a consultant in the field of development and strategy across NSW.
We are confident that Andrew can help us to continue to progress the interests of the Central Coast and are pleased to have him as part of our team.
We look forward to seeing him excel in his new position.

INVEST CENTRAL COAST WEBSITE UPDATE

In October this year Regional Development Australia Central Coast initiated a regional attraction website, Invest Central Coast in an effort to promote business and investment to the Central Coast.
Targeted at businesses, investors and families alike, www.investcentralcoast.com is an innovative marketing tool that highlights the key features and opportunities that the Central Coast has to offer.
Designed to be the leading information portal for the Central Coast with regular news and event updates of both a business and tourism nature, RDACC is pleased with the response to date.
We would like to thank our supporters and Central Coast residents for their ongoing feedback. The site is a significant project that relies on advice and input from the community in order to hone its functionality and content.
We urge you to continue to browse the site and contact us with any more information or suggested improvements.
RDACC are working toward an official launch of the website to the wider public in March 2012.
