Business Incubator
Background
The Central Coast Business Incubator was opened in March 2001 with the major objective to provide assistance to small to medium sized businesses to expand into successful businesses and to help accelerate its growth, achieve its potential and attain long term viability.
The Incubator is suited to start-ups, new and existing businesses that are currently home-based and experiencing growth on the Central Coast. It provides a link for the home office based business to take its first steps into the commercial world, in a nurturing environment, without some of the risks associated with moving straight into a full commercial arrangement.
It has sixteen (16) units available for occupation, as well as shared facilities such as reception area, kitchen, toilets, meeting and conference room.
The building is owned by Regional Development Australia - Central Coast NSW Inc. (RDACC). Also occupying the front of the building is Trade & Investment NSW (formerly Industry & Investment NSW).
We are committed at the Incubator to provide the widest possible range of services and facilities in support of enterprise and training. If you have the ambition to build a successful company, and would like to make the most of life outside work too, the Business Incubator could be the place for you.
The Incubator is centrally located on the grounds of the Central Coast Campus of the University of Newcastle, at Ourimbah. Ideally nestled amongst a natural environment, the Incubator proves to be an ideal and strategic location for your business. Just minutes from the freeway makes it an easy journey of one hour to both Sydney and Newcastle.
Training, Conference & Meeting Facilities
The Incubator provides training, conference and meeting facilities for local, private and regional customers. With a dedicated conference room and meeting room we can provide the ideal location for your training program, meeting and presentation needs.
